1. Synchronize your process structure from ARIS to SAP Enable Now
Thanks to our direct API integration between both tools, manual file export and import is not required. Your process structure is smoothly synchronized and covers all relevant ARIS model types - even if you use derived model types in your projects.
2. Creating and adding training content
Based on the imported structure, authors can generate various training assets and easily assign them to the process structure - from higher-level value-added chain steps to detailed process steps and system transactions. By transferring process diagrams as an image, they can also be reused in training assets. For customers who use SAP Solution Manager: SAP Enable Now indicates from which hierarchy level elements of the business process structure originate from. And not only that, SAP Enable Now provides a change management filter to easily identify new or changed processes after synchronization.
3. Synchronize training content with ARIS again
The enablement content remains in SAP Enable Now. By synchronizing the corresponding links, you can access these contents directly from ARIS. This eliminates the need for duplicating efforts and the content always remains up to date.
4. Introduction of business processes including training documents
Leverage ARIS' world-class rollout and communication capabilities to ensure your entire workforce knows your processes and has the right training materials.
