but, I cant start apg_s service. there is a message from ARIS Cloud Controller below.
'Could not start runnable apg_s on node localhost: Ant start exited with 1'
That error some times occured in ppm 9.7.
My server is
OS : Windows 7 Professional K 64bit
H/W : CPU - i3-3332 RAM - 32Gb
If you needs more information let me know what that is.

Dear Junyong,
It's hard to tell what went wrong after the updating to 9.8.
I recommend to collect the log files via ARIS installation folder support/collectLogFiles.bat and attach that to a support ticket on https://empower.softwareag.com/eservice.
