Hi Experts,

I try to export the whole content from ARIS Business Architect to ARIS Business Publisher;
however, the content shown later in Business Publisher were always not updated...
The steps I performed are as below:
-> Go to Publisher Exports in business architect
-> create a new publisher export (Name: 20101027Content)
-> Select a change list -> ....
I have only one change list which was created on 2010/2/2 to choose; is this the root cause??
If so, how can I create a new updated change list??

Also, when I logon to ARIS Business Designer today;
I got an error & request me to re-input license key again. (Before is no problem~)
The error shown over & over even I re-input license key.....
Does that mean my license key is invalid or conflict with someone else??
How to solve this problem?

#1 how can I create a new updated change list?

You are using a versioned database (pls. see ARIS Help for background). In order to create a new change list, select the models that have been changed since last time (you can use Find) or that you want to publish or whatever meets your criteria, and chose Menu Edit > version...



#2 "..logon to ARIS Business Designer today;

I got an error & request me to re-input license key again. (Before is no problem~)

So there must be a difference in your environment "today": Please check for the file \ARIS71\user.cfg in your Windows user profile (default: c:\documents and settings\<USERNAME>\ or enter %userprofile% in the URL/address bar of Windows Explorer or Start Menu > Run)

If you had entered a valid license before, Architect and Designer store it in the tag

<userdata type="key" value="..." />

user.cfg will be created with a newer date and default settings (no license) if you start Designer on a workstation that does not know your Windows user profile. Do you have roaming user profiles in your network?



The error shown over & over even I re-input license key.....

Does that mean my license key is invalid or conflict with someone else?

Any specific messages? Something like "License already in use .." from the ARIS server?
