ARIS 9.6 User 'Xyz' has no license for using: ARIS Designer or ARIS Architect.

Hi, I installed Aris 9.6 on our Server and installed the licensefiles. I assigned via Website http://arisserver/umc  User Management - Privileges, the privileges for a user (Xyz) to ARIS Architect and Simulation.

On a Client-computer the user Xyz got the message "User 'Xyz' has no license for using: ARIS Designer or ARIS Architect."

How to solve the problem?

Hi, I have similar problem. I just installed the faculty version of Aris Server, imported license files, set privileges, but I cannot log in by Aris Architect. Any idea?
