Hi,
We are facing issues with ARIS Business Server going down when we run some specific reports on the server. These reports extract Models information from the database with their graphic and we believe that it consumes a lot of memory on the server.
1. Has anybody experienced the same issue and if yes, how did you rectify the error?
2. Can there be any other issues that will bring the server down except the one mentioned above?

Try clearing up your log files at the server level & restart the services.

1. Which ARIS Server Ver. you are using there?
2. Are you using kind of ( JAR ) third party tool designed in Java, in your report?
If possible for you, then search for log file under the Server directory,
you will get exception with Date & Time, you can resolve that with it,
If possible then, post it here so, we may help you in that
