We are using Release Cycle Management functionality to as an approval process for the designed models.
We have a three step process to approve the models and after every approval, we send out email notifications to the Model Architect/submitter informing about the model release status via RCM functionality (this funcationality has been enabled in RCM scripts).
The issue is the Architect/submitters are not receiving email notifications. Our initial guess is that there is an issue when RCM script tries to connect to the microsoft exchange server. But we are unable to resolve this
Has anybody experienced this issue before in RCM? Please let us know how you resolved it.
