I am wondering is there a way to export ARIS BPMN models to Visio? Either through a reports or into XML and convert in Visio?

Hello Seb,
I never heard of a use-case for such a demand, when you can publish your model via Connect or Publisher. The PNG export is just as useful as Visio could be. What is your need?

We have requirement to convert all ARIS diagram into visio 2013.

Hi Neeraj,
the best chance to get a beautiful result is using a Plug-In that understands the native .bpmn format and adds BPMN modeling capabilities (as opposed to drawing capabilities). ARIS can export BPMN 2.0 models in this format. If you are talking about non-BPMN models: There are 3rd party tools like Toolbus. I do not know about the scope and exact capabilities of such tools.
Remember your target application is a drawing tool. You might just as well use one of the built-in reports to generate the documentation of everything modelled in PDF. This way you won't lose the information stored on all the objects. The graphics usually are just the link for all the information "behind" the objects and connections between them. I suppose you chose this target application for archiving and not for working with the content?
