BPMN modelling with organizational (position, role) lanes

Hi,

in ARIS Basic I can define in the BPMN modell lanes as organizational or position or role lanes to link lanes to the according objects in a modell of type Organigram.

Which modell do I have to use in ARIS Architect / Connect? The "normal" model "BPMN collaboration diagram" does not support these object types.

these are "Enterprise BPMN Collaboration diagram" and "Enterprise BPMN Process diagram".

The Organizational Unit and Position lanes are available in "Enterprise BPMN Collaboration Diagram" like M said, but they might be blocked in your filter. If you are using those model types but those lanes are not available, check your filter for those model types.
