Hi,
in ARIS Basic I can define in the BPMN modell lanes as organizational or position or role lanes to link lanes to the according objects in a modell of type Organigram.
Which modell do I have to use in ARIS Architect / Connect? The "normal" model "BPMN collaboration diagram" does not support these object types.

The Organizational Unit and Position lanes are available in "Enterprise BPMN Collaboration Diagram" like M said, but they might be blocked in your filter. If you are using those model types but those lanes are not available, check your filter for those model types.
