Hello,
any ideas, tips & tricks are welcome for the following request: Depending on the type of a BPMN task in the details window of the modeling page a specific list of attributes should be available for display and editing. Instead of using the standard type of a task (like user, service, receive ...) it could also be a solution to define a new attribute "user task type" which controls the selection of the attributes list. The solution should be in conformance with the BPMN specification so I think it can not be a solution to create new object types.
What do you think?

Klemens
Hi,
You can define the attribute set only for the object type, not a symbol. Unfortunately, all those service, user, receive, etc, are symbols. Regarding new object type, you are right, it is not an option for BPMN model types. This set of models is limited to adding objects, connections etc.
Hi Klemens,
Not sure whether it serves your needs: you could potentially create a macro that opens, with a certain activity, e.g. "save", a GUI with the respective attribute. You could then request the user to enter data.
Hope this gives you some idea :)
Best,
Veronika
