Hi Igor,
I just submitted the request to download your database (My First Database (Expert)) within ARIS Cloud Basic.
It generated an email from "usermanagement@ariscloud.com" with a link. You should have received such an email.
Please click on the link and it should download your database to your PC as:
My First Database (Expert).adbPlease provide feedback on this issue.
