I received the letter with the file My First Database (Expert).adb. But the file is almost empty, 2 bytes.? There must be models in the database ... What should I do?

There is also another database "magistr (Intermediate)" in this project room.
I downloaded it. I'll send it to you in an external email.
Could your models be in this database?

The database magistr is empty! And the file size magistr (Intermediate).adb of 2 bytes is normal.
My models are created in the database My First Database!

Do you know of a specific date where the models would definitely be in that database?
Maybe they were deleted or not saved, etc..
Maybe I could look for a backup at a specific date to check.

I just did the download and the DB looks much larger.

But another problem. To check, I import the database from the export file. After a while, the string containing the name of the database is highlighted in red .... The database is not created. So the database export file is not correct?

I downloaded your database "My First Database (Expert)" from PR kgau in ARIS Cloud Basic.
You should have received an email from "usermanagement@ariscloud.com" with a link.
In case you did not I sent you an email directly with the DB file as an attachment:
