Is there any way to get a document to be approved by multiple individuals using ARIS Connect mini workflows?
Maybe to start by assigning multiple Owners to a document and then sending a Document Approval Request to all of them.

I don't think this will be possible with the mini workflow. For more complex processes and approval you would have to use ARIS Process Governance.
