Plans for internal forum?

your question was raised before, also by some large customers, because they like how ARIS Community works so much. Still, having "private" groups for organisations such as IDS Scheer or another company has some great risks:

1. Only posts to the private group are private. It could happen that an user posts a question/article by accident not in the private group, but in a public one. This could lead to leakage of information, which was not meant for public.
2. Access to a private group is moderated meaning people must be added to such a group by an administrator. Adding an initial set of people works fine, but how do you ensure that people who left the organisation are also removed from the private group?

I discussed those points with several organisations, who were asking for their private group within ARIS Community. So far, nobody agreed to have such a group after getting aware of the problems mentioned above.
