Import Visio Files

Hi,

I have probelms (see error message) to import a Visio file. It's a simple Visio file (Start, Sub-Process, Task, Stop)

Our environment: ARIS 7.1 R6, VISIO (with Process Modeler 5.4)

Any advice?

As I mentioned it:

The model was created with Process Modeler 5.4 (itp-commerce.com). Then saved as *.vdx file.

The model is relatively simple. I created a more simple one (just a start, task, end, and just VISIO native) with the same result.
