Hello Christoph,
I have only acces to online tool ARIS Cloud, and there is mentioned that i neeed to contact support in order to get backup, Can you help me please?

Hi Krystian
You can backup ARIS databases via the ARIS Cloud Administrator , In the context menu of the database there is a backup command.
