Hi everybody,
I have installed ARIS Business Server 710_524795 in one server machine with Windows Server 2008 R2 64 bit and I am trying to export standard ARIS reports in PDF format. Unfortunately, for all of them I get the following error, none executes:
Error while creating report: com.lowangle.text.Chunk.getContent()Ljava/lang/String;
In the previous version 7.1.0423484 I did not face such a problem; all reports were working properly.
I would appreciate if anyone had any idea of how to overcome the problem. Did anyone happen to "step" on the same problem?
