We have installed ARIS Express under Windows 7 with the Java Version 6.
If we will start it via desktop and under "Start" we show very short the ARIS item
and that is all.
What can be the reasons? What can we do?
We start already a new installation, we use Internet Explorer 8.

Hi,
I think you are using the webstart version, right? The windows installable provides its own JRE.
If you open this line here in the windows browser:
%USERPROFILE%\ARISExpress\log
you can find log files. Could you check them for exceptions?
In addition, you could switch on the java console (via the java system panel).
