I cant open diagrams, which I have created

Hello,

I would like to ask you for help. I am user Aris 9 as ARIS Architect. I created some diagrams 3 days before, which I could open it like diagrams. But now, it doesnt work, I cant open it, I can see only list of diagrams.When I try to open diagram so I can see only grey pictures without diagrams. But, If I log in another PC it does work...I can see all diagrams, which I created.

Please, help me ...

Hi,

I am pretty sure, that during opening the diagram, an error occurs. I know this effect you show with your screenshot.

Navigate with the windows explorer to the folder

%userprofile%/ARIS90/log

You will find some log files. Create a zip archive and attach them to this post.

Hello, thank you very much for your answer. We had to uninstall and then again installed all system, because of our server. Our server blocked my application in my Pc and we didnt find why it did that. Now, it does work and everything is OK. :)
