If you own or manage a process, you probably know more about how your part of the organisation really works than almost anyone. You know where the workarounds are, which handoffs slow things down, and where the documented process and the lived one part ways.
That knowledge has always mattered. Now that AI is turning up in more of the tools your colleagues use every day, it matters even more. AI can draft, summarise and recommend at speed, but it can't tell what good looks like in your organisation unless it has the right business context to work from.
That's the thinking behind the latest ARIS release. On 5 November, the ARIS product team will show you what's new, live, in our release webinar: The Next Chapter for ARIS: Process Context for Enterprise AI.
Date: Thursday 5 November 2026 Time: 10:00 EST | 15:00 GMT | 16:00 CET Length: 60 minutes, including live Q&A
What's in the release
This isn't just a feature tour. The session follows a simple journey – understand, prioritise, act – and shows each new capability through a real scenario, so you can picture how it would work on your own processes.
Understand: see how your business really runs with next generation process mining
Your processes don't run in isolation. A single customer order touches deliveries, invoices, returns and payments, and each of those has its own process. Traditional process mining follows one case at a time, so the problems that sit between processes can stay hidden. Object-centric process mining (OCPM) connects those business objects, giving you a much richer view of how work actually flows – and where it gets stuck.
Prioritise: focus your effort where it counts with ARIS Process Lens
Most process teams have more improvement ideas than capacity, and more requests to "add AI" than anyone can sensibly deliver. ARIS Process Lens uses process evidence to show where improvement and AI will make the biggest difference. That means you can make the case for your priorities with data, not just opinion.
Act: put your process knowledge to work with MCP
The models, rules and responsibilities you maintain in ARIS are exactly the context AI needs. With MCP (Model Context Protocol), that governed ARIS process knowledge can be made available to AI tools and agents. So when someone asks an AI assistant how a process works or who signs it off, the answer can draw on your approved, up-to-date content rather than guesswork.
We'll then bring all three together in an end-to-end demo, before opening up for questions.
Part of a bigger picture
These three capabilities aren't standalone additions. Together, they show where ARIS is heading: Process Intelligence as the foundation for operational excellence and enterprise AI. For you, that means the process work you already do becomes even more valuable, because it's the context that makes AI useful.
