Hi
I'm new to ARIS Cloud (basic version) and I'm trying to map processes in BPMN Process Diagrams. When I make a sub-process i get lager "task looking symbol" (see example below) rather than an a symbol with "+" indicating a sub-process.
Once I managed to get the right sub-process symbol with a "+" (see example below) , but I can't seem to make it again. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, any guide how to start using BPMN process notations using ARIS Cloud (I am on basic Designer trail version).
Under process model, I am only getting EPC
Which database type are you using? Depending of the database type you will get more diagram types.
Especially the starting database "My First Example" is of type Beginner and has only 4 diagrams enabled.

Hello Lars,
Apparently your image was not attached. I suspect the following:
The Sub-process symbol comes in two flavours: Expanded and Collapsed (that is the one with the '+'). Probably when you add the symbol it is in expanded state (with no process assigned to it, hence empty).
