After multiple reboots and investigation, I think I have an explanation.
I had 3 users defined : System, and two others.
Apparently, it was not "normal" and I had to remove the extra one.
Nethertheless, the message was not really explicit.

I thought I had the solution but, in fact, the problem is back. I still have this when connecting through another PC to mine. Any idea ? The message is not very epxlicit unfortunaltely ?

Dear Laurent,
I bet you have checked already a couple of things to get the connection working. Anyway, I would start from the basics:
- Is PING working between both computers?
- Have you turned off a firewall on either computers?
- Can you access Tomcat's root folder (e.g. http://pcLaurent:16360)?
- Is there any sign of a failed login in your MashZone log files (%MASHZONE_HOME%\system\tomcat\logs)?
Cheers

1) not necessary since I can go further, I reach the page when I can login.
The screen with the error comes after the connection.2) Nothing has change and it was working. It is still working if I connect myself to another computer.
3) I receive on my machine http://tlsmns1194:16360 : the webpage cannot be found (same on another machine where it works).
http://tlsmns0832:16360/4) I have no trace of the good or wrong connexion in tomcat logs ?!? Should I ?
Additional information : if I type a wrong login/pwd, I receive the "This combination of user and password does not exist."
And strangely enough if I try after that the good login/pwd, it works ?!? Coïncidence ?I have to try it again later ?!?

Laurent,
please access MashZone using the server's fully qualified host name. The URL above does not contain any domain info.
In case you need: Your installation directory should contain a static HTML file named My_MashZone.html. It contains info with the fully qualified name of your MashZone server.
Regards

Hi Stephan,
In fact you recommended me to do so... :-)
If I put the full URL, I receive "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage".
So... hum...

In order to move on in our evaluation process, We've decided to mount a server and to install mashzone on it.
The installation works perfectally and after the installation, we were able to access it from any machine in our network.
I took the files I exported from my machine and imported it in mashzone. (I did not know but I did an "import all" and this meant that all the historical data were probably analysed)
I had no error message except a information that there was a report that was with "no problem' ?!? Unfortunately, I don't have the message anymore. Probably linked with different versions I had.
I connect with my machine to mashzone. I had no problem. I create a user "user/user". I created a group...
And then, my session expired and each time I tried to reconnect I had the same message, the one I had on my machine.
I uninstalled mashzone. I reinstalled it and now, I still have the same problem - which is very strange, there should not be any remaining data ?
Not very positive though...
Now, I desinstall again mashzone and reboot the server but I start to be really annoyed...
Am I the only one with such message. Why would tomcat says that ? Which ressource is he talking about ?

Apache Tomcat/6.0.18
I use this url
http://172.19.110.11:16360/mashzone/app
The one proposed by Mashzone is
"http://BANANASSBS.BANANAS.LOCAL:16360/mashzone"
But this is a "lab domain ant is unknow from the DNS.
If this can help to find out a solution...
