Hi,

We've been having an issue with ARIS Cloud where the home screen will display differently depending on the screen size settings on your display or on the web browser you are using. 

Is there any way to configure ARIS so that the homepage will automatically configure to fit the size of the display?

I've attached some examples - 100% display correctly, and 150% is skewed.

Dear Leanne,

I am using ARIS Enterprise Cloud SR23 and I haven't seen this before. When I change the browser's zoom factor lower or higher than 100% and ARIS home page and its elements adjust to that and still displaying their complete content in Diagram and Favorites. And when I change my Windows' screen resolution from 100% to 150% I also end up with a properly resized ARIS home page.

Did you raise your observation in a support ticket?

Hi Leanne,

I believe you are searching for this functionality. You can find it in the Administration of Connect in your ModSet ==> Home. Then you need to select and edit each tile seperately.

Hi Both, 

Rune - Yes it's really strange, I've had a few users point the issue out to me. I also get the problem when zooming in on the browser or using a different size screen. 

Vernoika - I'm using the 'Quick Links' options on our homepage, not the Diagram method - so this option is not available to me. 

I've added some examples of the set-up I currently have on the homepage & also a link to a video showing what happens to my screen when resizing.

I think you should raise a support ticket to let someone verify your observation based on your circumstances: which ARIS version, which browser, which operating system.

Sure I will raise a support ticket. 

We are using this version:

Portal version: 10.0.22.0.3411691 (Thursday, May 11, 2023 at 17:53:48 GMT+1)

ARIS version: 10.0.22.0.3411691 (Thursday, May 11, 2023 at 18:39:55 GMT+1)

We are using Google Chrome on Windows 10 Pro.
