We recently upgraded to SR24 & have noticed in our most recent control period that there is a new field within the Control Test Assessment form. (see image).
I've had a look through the Service Release Notes, but can't find anything specific about this new field. Was this implemented as part of SR24?
Are you able to provide some formal guidance about the intention of this field so we can pass onto our control testers.
Any advice appreciated.

It refers to the control test form includes a field labeled "Control frequency (actual)" intended for completion by the tester. This field should be filled after verifying whether the frequency of conducted controls matches the planned frequency indicated by the "Control frequency (target)" attribute of the control.

The existing mechanism has been replaced by this new one"Control Frequency Check." This modification may lead to testers inadvertently validating that the control frequency aligns with the planned specifications. I hope this help you ..
