I want to manipulate different matrix (about 500 matrix generated by script) with some identical Row Header or column Header, but with different links between the objects on each matrix.
Is it possible to manipulate ObjOcc or CxnOcc with matrix models ?

Hello,
You can decide, which connection types should be shown between a pair of object types in a matrix. When there is a connection of one of these types, it will show in the matrix. In that sense, matrices have the character of a report.
So you could have one matrix that shows connections of type A and another one that shows connections of type B between otherwise identical pairs of object types. But the matrix always shows, what is happening at definition level. ObjOcc and CxnOcc only exist in conventional models.
Example: You have modelled RASCI connection types between functions and roles and create seperate matrices for R, A, S, C, I. But you can also use abbreviation letters to show them all in the same matrix.
