I´m from Brazil and I have a question about the utilization of ARIS Express in an organization, someone can help me?
It is free for organizations? An organization can have more than one license of ARIS Express or only one?
Can one organization have more than one users of ARIS Express for beginners users and it have others users, more experienced, with ARIS Designer and one user with Business Architect?

ARIS Express is a great tool and I had the same idea for my organization. Although you can exchange models, you don’t have the capability to build object libraries or run impact analysis. Furthermore, it is literally impossible to reuse objects from previous designed diagrams, just to name a few.
In conclusion, it turned out that the limitation of ARIS Express would jeopardize the effort to establish ARIS as a central corporate repository. Therefore, I personally would not recommend it for organizations - free or not.
Yes, ARIS Express is free, also for organisations. However, you must ensure that every user of ARIS Express within your organisation is also registered at ARIS Community.

I wirk on the same company as Leonardo and I am from IT team. I have some issues about using it on the corporation, that I would like to address:
We requested a formal authorization expressing that Aris Express could be used on the corporation freely, being installed on any computer and being used by unlimited employees on our corporative network. We requested for the representative office in Rio de Janeiro (regional) and at São Paulo (nacional representative) here on Brazil. They did not formelly answered. Then a representative from Bolivia, said that could install but do not sent a signed letter, formal request to be accepted the right of use of the software.
Are you a executive on Software AG that could send us a letter formelly expressing this free right of installing and using the Aris Express without limitations on the amount of users or computers ?
We won't provide a written statement, because during first startup of ARIS Express you have to confirm the license agreement. So as long as you ensure that every user of ARIS Express is having an own ARIS Community account, it is totally fine to use ARIS Express also in a commercial company.

The secret is know how to use the limitations of ARIS EXPRESS.
