We have recently started with our Aris PPM Installation. The installation was carried out as per the PPM Installation Guide and a client was created. However, when accessing PPM GUI, the error displayed is 'Client does not exist.' The PPM CTK shows the client that was created. What could be the potential reason for this and how to resolve this?

After you have created a new PPM client via CTK, you need to initialize so that the corresponding database schema gets prepared. After that you load process data into, either from a data source, or in case of the demo client umg_en from existing files. After the data is loaded PPM needs to calculate that data and prepare the analysis.
