How can I check my Login ID?

I am trying to launch Aris Express by every time I provide name and password I receive the same message "incorrect user name or password. please reenter"

Hello,

for ARIS Express (not ARIS Cloud) you can use your ARIS Community Account to log in

Hi Tomasz,

Please enter your ARIS Community user name and password in the ARIS Express registration dialog. Alternatively, you may use your e-mail address instead of your user name (you can find both in your profile).

Hello

I just downloaded ARIS Express to my new laptop and it returns "incorrect user name or password"

The user name is my email account and the password is my password, which I have just reset to access the ARIS Community
