Looking to build a capability model with the ability to show a heat map and prioritization. Can you offer some insight on doing this?

I think that you're asking about some user cases with examples, and maybe some member here from community could provide any additional information, even so I'm trying to help with some information. In that case the ARIS can handle this via TOGAF and is included as standard with the ARIS Connect Server (YCS). Using ARIS Architect you can map using the Business Capability Model and I don't find any heat map by default and you could create manually using the view desired. The TOGAF methodology has details about to create such visualization.
Usually this feature can be available to Cloud Enterprise customer, which Cloud environment do you have ?
