No message with link to download and license file

Hello. The system recognized me as a student. And the was message 

You successfully requested a free educational ARIS license. The license key and the download link will be emailed to your email address (my_login@campus.mephi.ru) within the next few minutes.

But 2 days are gone.

Could you help me with downloading.
