Anyone had trouble with this? I have a user who is trying both her locally installed client and the web client from home and she cannot launch ARIS. The local client flashes up the ARIS image but then does nothing else, the web client appears to be connected (says 'downloading files') but never gets as far as opening the application.
The user is in the UK and the ARIS servers are in Switzerland.
