Hello,
we got a problem updating the database for aris business server to 7.1 (from 347522 to 524795)
calling the update.sh poduces error in basemgr.sql enter value for &6 entering the last procedure.
Starting the server says that the 'Installed database schema is not up-to-date'.
What have I to do?
Is arisadm71.sh .. restore ... the right way to update each database?
Can anyone help?
Hi Martina,
Isn't necessary to run scripts for update your ARIS 7.1 from 34 to 52.
Only run the DVD/Setup on the ARIS Server to update and to Oracle/SQL isn't necessary to run scripts because the program setup will use the same configuration files of Server.
BTW, save the Config files of your ARIS Server ( \ARIS7.1\Server\Config ) maybe you can use these configuration if the setup crashes..
I don't know if this procedure that you did changed something on the Oracle/SQL
