I am trying to find a nice report in ARIS which can print out in xls format the list of users which are in the database and the read/write/delete rights they have on folders. Anyone knows if there is such a report already by default ?

Hello Massimo,
report scripts available out of the box are listed in the doc "Evalution in ARIS" or in ABArchitect Help.
Under the report category Administration you can use
"Output group information" to list user groups, users, and their access privileges to model groups
"Output database information" to list function privileges of users
