I am currently using ARIS Express to create graphs representing the interfaces between applications. I am wondering, (how) is it possible to take data formated in some way (excel spreadsheet, a table etc..) which holds the information associated with the various applications (such as the interfaces, the type of application etc..) and input it into ARIS Express so that a graph is automatically created from this information.

Well,the professional tools contain an extensive report functionality, which you can use to create any kind of output. For example, take a look at the recent post by Rob, which describes a report. The output itself is made available as office documents such as PDF or Microsoft Word.

Hi Maksym,
ARIS Express doesn't contain any graph generating feature. But of course you can use an external Excel file and link it to an object in ARIS Express. In that case, a small icon is shown next to the object and if the user double clicks on it, the Excel file is opened.
