I am very new to this community and using this tool for the first time to design a background check process model and I dont know wheather my design is correct or not . My process is as follows
Client raises manpower request
Which than goes to Program Management Team for approval
This information than goes to the HR operations team
This information than goes to the recruitment team who than offers candidates
Candidate than gets appointment letters from HR operations team and than signs the Background check form
HR operations team than flags candidate for Background check
HR operations team than sends the backgroung check forms to the external vendor for BGC
Vendor sends it back stating wheather it is pass or fail .
HR operations team send the report accordingly - end of process
