Good day, esteemed colleagues!
Once again, I am forced to turn to you for assistance in resolving an issue. So, I need to connect to the ARIS Design Server (ver 10.0.17.0) over the Internet, at least via HTTP.
Here's what I have configured at the moment:
- The load balancer listens on the standard port 80.
- In the firewall, I have allowed connections on port 80 via TCP/IP and UDP from all types of networks.
- A static external IP address is assigned to the router.
- NAT is configured on the router for port 80. I can connect to the router's IP address using telnet on this port.
- The physical connection definitely works, as I can connect to the physical server via RDP.
- All ARIS components are running and functioning correctly; I have verified this.
- When configuring the connection in the remote ARIS client, I specify the external static IP address of the router, port 80, and the correct username and password.
It seems that everything is set up correctly. However, I cannot connect over the Internet :( There is no information about my connection attempts in the loadbalancer logs. At the same time, I can connect from the local network to the server without any problems. In the installation and server configuration documentation, as well as here on the forum, I couldn't find an answer (perhaps I missed it, but I honestly tried to find information before asking the question).
It seems to me that I am missing some setting that prevents me from connecting. I ask for your help and advice.
