I am trying to configure access to ARIS for external employees via VPN. We are using WireGuard for this purpose.
The VPN tunnel has been successfully established, and all other software works as expected except for ARIS. We are using ARIS 10.
When attempting to configure a connection to the server in ARIS Architect and Designer v.10, the client reports that the server is unavailable. However, a connection using the same parameters—IP address and port, without a proxy or SSL—works correctly from the office network.
We also use other applications based on a server–thick client architecture. With the same connection settings, they work both from the corporate intranet and through the WireGuard tunnel.
Based on this, I assume that some required ARIS configuration has not been completed. However, I have not yet been able to determine which settings are missing.
I would appreciate your advice on how to resolve this connection issue.
