I've just downloaded 2.3 and the latest Java from the link (running Window 7), installed Jave-OK, installed 2.3 it asked me if I wanted to integrate to desktop, unfortunatly I replied no by mistake. Installed appeard to finish OK, but there is no program entries to start 2.3. I then tried to uninstall from the control Panel, but an error appeared saying it does not exust. I've tried unsistalling both Java and 2.3 and re-installing but still the same result, but it no longer asks me to integret to the desktop - help!

Hi,
you can easily do the "desktop integration", which means nothing more than desktop icon and start menu entry after the download.
Please proceed like this:
- open the system panel, choose "Java"
- on the first page, in lower section called "Temporary internet files", click the button on the right side, "Show..."
- All installed Java WebStart applications are shown. There should be ARIS Express 2.3 as well.
- Right-click onto ARIS Express 2.3, there should be a menu entry like "Create shortcut"
After executing this, the shortcut should be shown on desktop and start menu as well. Did that help?
Bye,
Frank
