When I put the username and password on ARIS Business Publisher to acess it, the following error occurs.

You will need to provide more information on this issue besides just a blank IE page in order to get a good response, like...
- What version of ARIS? (what service release?)
- Please provide the OS, DBMS, and Web Server flavor.
- With what context is this error happening? Did you recently upgrade or install ARIS or is this an existing installation that is now not working?
- Are you using LDAP?
Some basic things to check...
- Can you ping the Business Publisher server?
- Is the Web Server service running?
- Did you check the Business Publisher logs yet? For Tomcat, they are located at ...ARIS7.1\BPServer\tomcat\webapps\businesspublisher\log
