Sybase Power Designer for SAP SOLMAN synchronization

Dear Marcelo,

Sybase PowerDesigner focuses more on EA and UML topics and is a product from SAP.

ARIS has a broader focus, enables BPA, EA, GRC and SAP process design for synchronization and / or execution and much more.

So Sybase PowerDesigner will not substitue ARIS to SAP SolMan synchronization.

I need more informations about ARIS BI Modeler and its synchronzation with SAP BW. Can you tell me if this functionality will be present in ARIS 9?

as far as I know Sybase power Designer can not synchronize for now.

Hello everyone,

  I am currently working in a project where we have use the Powerdesigner, but the thing is, I've always worked with ARIS and everything is sort of new for me. I wanted to know if you guys could help me, as I am a beginner on the BPM world hehe. 

  The problems that I am facing are quite simple to solve but I didn't find information enough to keep working on it. I am actually trying to export my Powerdesigner process to a word or even excel file, as the CI Template that we have in ARIS. Does anyone know how to do it?  I have also faced some big troubles to integrate my PD processes with Solman

I understand your problem. Importing .csv or xml files into ARIS is not a problem. What kind of support do you need exactly? which PD version and ARIS version do you have?
