Hi,

as we have already solved this thorugh E-Mail, I wanted to share the answer on the forum for future references. 

To solve this, one can try restarting ARIS Server by:

- first typing "stopall" in ACC

- then "delete log files"

- "restart agent"

- after some waiting restart the server with "startall"
