Cusomer installed ARIS express and run it well several times, but after it he get the error. Unable to launch application, it is also impossible to delete Express. Customer sees the next errors, what can be the reason of it?

Hi Mariya,
please ask for the "launch file" (you can see it in you last screenshot: the first tab on the left side).
Most likely, there is a proxy giving back another HTML file instead of the jnlp file which is required by Express. This hinders Express to start.
