Which is the best model to use for a communication flow chart? I need this model to represent the communication between our branch, the branch in Asia and our tool suppliers in Asia as well.
Is EPC a good one? or is there any other model which could be better?

If the process is not complex - 10 to 16 or less activities and not more 3 or 4 decision points than It should be the best one, you'll have the roles of the "home branch", "Asia branch" and then "Tool suppliers". More than that 16 till 20 or more I'd use and EPC row type ( or known as workflow/business process), since the roles will appear on the swim lanes and the symbols used are the same.
