It seems that there are 3 project rooms included in my licence. (see screenshot below).
But HOW do I create a new one? I spend half an hour looking for that but couldn't find anything?

Hi, you don't have 3 project rooms. These are three aka-admins of your room. You can assign this privilege to anyone, e.g. Vievew. By default your main user is PR-manager, and 2 optional

Hi Marike,
as far as I know the actual licence policy of SAG the ARIS Basic version has only one project room (this is what you choose during login), and there are no options to create another one. This is one of the limitations of ARIS Basic (nearly no customizations possible e.g.). If you need more you have to go to ARIS Advanced.
To be honest I am not happy with these restrictions.

Ahh now I get it. That's very sad as even the basic licence is quite expensive.
For me unfortunately too many restrictions...
