Hello again!
I am working with ARIS Basic Licence in ARIS Cloud.
I know the publishing process in the "big desktop" version.
But now I just need to publish processes and want to save the publishing date and for example the dates when changes have been made. But I cannot find anything like that in the ARIS basic version.
Can anybody help? Is it really not available?
Hello Marike,
as far as I know in Aris Basic only a very limited publishing functionality is available. You can set the switch "Auto-Publishing" on and then all changes of the models are automatically published in the background. Under "Overwiev" on the diagram page in the published content you can see the date of the last change. You can stop this by setting the switch on off, then you have "frozen" the published version. That's it.

Hi Klemens!
Thank you very much for your answer!
Unfortunately even the "Auto-Publishing" turned off - is not working. There is no function to publish the process. (Or maybe I didn't find it?)
When I turn it off, all processes are gone and noch even accessible anymore (Error sign). (Big heart attack when I tried :D ) They came back when I switched it on.
Hello Marike,
hope you are still well without a heart attack :-)
The Auto-publication off /on in the Administration part looks like this (SR27)
May be the first time Auto-publication is set on, especially if you have a lot of content, it can take a little bit longer. So I do not know any problems (but I normally work with ARIS Advanced).
You should make a backup and try it again. If the problem happens again I would open a ticket. Be aware hat you can make a backup but no restore!? This is one more of the strange limitations in ARIS Basic (but in an emergency SAG will help you).
