The Licence we bought with our fee for the ARIS User Day is not valid as of 1.1.2010 anymore.
How can we receive a new (unlimitted) Licence Key based on the sold licence (see above)?

I strongly suggest that you update your ARIS MashZone installation. Please find the most recent version of the application on our download site: http://www.mashzone.com/en/download. To learn how to migrate your existing MashApps and data feeds to the new installation please refer to this post.
To enable the Free Edition of ARIS MashZone please find your personal license key within your user profile of the ARIS Community. Its available at http://www.ariscommunity.com/user (it requires a free registration but this is no matter for you as you are already part of the community).
Licensees for the Personal or Professional Edition are sold online. You find the shop at http://www.mashzone.com/en/buy. For any question regarding paid licenses I will contact you by eMail.
