Maybe it's me, but I would like to search for other users. This search could be by Name, Firm or Country.
I think that this opportunity would really help this community and generate much more content.

Hi Klaus,
we have not enabled user search by purpose. We saw some abuse by people trying to spam community members. We will add an user search functionality if we extend the community with some additional social network features such as having confirmed contacts. We have not decided if we will go into this direction.
In the meantime, you can see what a user has posted on the user's profile page. For example, take a look at my profile. You can see all my posts in the right column.
