i have a question concerning the installation of aris mashzone. A friend of mine installed the 32-bit version. When he tries to start the tomcat server, the following message appears.
Does someone know how to fix this problem?

From the screen shot I guess you are either using vista or 7. Please refer to the release notes (a document that has been copied into your installation directory). It suggest to install to a directory different from the standard %Program_Files% suggested by setup.

looks like your topical user has not enough rights to execute Mashzone under the C:/Program Files directory structure. What kind of os (win XP, vista, win7) do you use?
What is the behaviour like if you start MashZone as a service?
