I have followed all the steps and received the invoice. But I have not received a third email with the login data

Hi Marwa,
I checked the mail process and it works as expected. I also checked your project room and it looks fine to me. You can try to reset your password for your project room via: https://mc.ariscloud.com/forgot_password
But there are a lot of requests regarding this issue coming from your university. It seems like your server blocks our emails so you can't receive any mails from our system. Could you please contact your IT administrator to allow mails from us.
