I need some advice and help:
In our company a strong thought of wave is going on that "ARIS is a complex tool and need some alternate easy to use tool for value stream mapping and process modelling". Our company have invested a lot in resources, infrastructure, training etc and have come along way with ARIS and now a new tool(iGrafx) is being proposed which may defeat the entire goal and will need very big investment.
Pls can any one share their experience in this regards or help me understand how I can convince the team to use ARIS Value chain mapping, its advantages over the iGrafx etc...
