Aris Designer
Basic Qualifications:
* 6-8 years of experience as a Business Process Designer/Architect
* 4+ years of experience in ARIS Designer/Architect for Business Process and Data Modeling
* Located or willing to work from Charlotte, NC
* We are only able to work on a W-2 basis and not able to do any sponsorship
Desired Skills:
* Managing Release Cycle Management Process (Design to Production movement)
* Setting up Standard Object library and manage on-going maintenance
* 2+ years of experience with ARIS Platform configuration and Object customization
* ARIS Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) tool experience
* ARIS Aware (Legacy - Mashzone)/Process Performance Manager experience
* Experience in Banking domain (Global Wealth Management, Global Banking, Risk Analytics, Compliance and Finance) would be preferred
* Experience conducting Modeling workshops with Business, Technology and Project
* Experience managing Release Cycle Management Process (Design to Production movement)
* Experience setting up Standard Object library and manage on-going maintenance
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to receive constructive feedback and respond in a productive fashion
* Advanced experience with Visio, PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel with the ability to easily master new technology, tools and applications
* Proactive with superior project management skills
* Understanding of Software AG ARIS Products would be a value add
* Good Understanding of Lean/Agile Methodologies
* Green Belt or Black Belt certified a plus
Roles/Responsibilities:
* Engages with business and Technology partners to analyze, implement, and update processes by utilizing sound process improvement models and techniques
* Manages design or redesign of processes or projects using six sigma methodologies
* Integrates best practices with process design to ensure continuous process improvement
* Builds action plans and drives execution. Applies business redesign concepts, practices and DFSS tools
* Processes are within a product or service delivery within a single business unit or department and are typically directed toward improving a single business, product, or function
